எங்கிருந்தோ வந்தாள் அவள்.. நன்றாக நினைவில் உள்ளது. அவளாகவே எங்கள் வீட்டுக்கு வந்தாள். நாங்கள் அவளை துரத்தி விடவில்லை. தயிர் சாதமும் பாலும் தந்தோம். பின், எங்களுள் ஒருவளாகி விட்டாள். என்னோடும், என் தங்கையோடும் சேர்ந்து தோசை கூட சாப்பிட ஆரம்பித்து விட்டிருந்தாள். இவள் இனத்தவர் தோசை கூட சாப்பிடுவார்களா என்ற கேள்வி இன்னும் என்னுள் உள்ளது. நானோ என் தங்கையோ இருந்தால் போதும், எங்கு போனாலும் எங்கள் காலுக்குள்ளே தான் சுற்றுவாள். உட்காந்து இருக்கையில் பக்கத்திலேயே இருப்பாள். அவள் தலையால் கையைத் தேய்த்துத் தேய்த்து தடவி விட சொல்வாள்.  அவள் தூங்குவதைப் பார்க்க எனக்கு ரொம்ப பிடிக்கும். மிக அழகாகத்  தூங்குவாள் அவள். வாய்ப்பு கிடைத்தால் எனது அல்லது என் தங்கையின் மடியே மெத்தையாக இருக்கும். பூனைக்  குட்டி அவ்வளவு பாசமாக இருக்க முடியும் என்பதை நிரூபணம் செய்தவள் .. ஒரு நாள், எதோ காரணத்தால் மறைந்து போனாள்.. எங்கள் கண்களில் தென்படாமல்..  She could lighten the mood, however troubled we were .. Such a great pal.. She will be remembered forever..

ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட பிராயம் வரை , இறப்பும் இறுதி சடங்குகளும் பெரிதாய் நம்மை பாதிப்பதில்லை. நம் குடும்பத்தில், சுற்றத்தில் அது நிகழும் வரையிலும் அதன் துன்பம் நாம் அறிவதில்லை. ஆம் ! இது துன்பம் தரும் விஷயம்  தான். வயதாகி, அனைத்தும் அனுபவித்து படக்கெனப் பறந்து போகும் தாத்தா பாட்டியின் பிரிவு ஒரு வகையானது. அதை நம்மால் ஏற்றுக் கொள்ள முடியும். சோகம் ஒரு புறம் இருக்கும் தான் ! வாழ்ந்து முடித்த பூக்களல்லவா அவர்கள். திடீரென எதிர்பார்க்காத நாளில், எதிர்பார்க்காத தொலைபேசி அழைப்பில், எதிர்பார்க்காத இழப்பு ஏற்றுக்கொள்ள முடியாதது. இது இறப்பையும் இறுதி சடங்குகளையும் பார்த்து பயப்பட வைப்பது. ஏன் , எதற்கு இது நடந்தது .. அப்படி எப்படி நடக்கலாம். இன்னும் நாட்கள் பல உள்ளனவே பார்த்து களிக்க, என பல பதில் கிடைக்கப்போகாத கேள்விகளை எழுப்புவது இது. நினைக்கும் போதெல்லாம் பதைபதைக்க வைப்பது. இத்தகைய இறப்பு இல்லாமல் இருப்பது மிக நல்லது. எது எப்படியாயினும் வாழ்ந்து முடிப்போம் நாம்.

The guy, who took the seminar was literally begging. "Anybody, please ask questions!!!" "Do you want any clarifications???" "Any queries!!??" There seem to come no response from the audience. He looked at the left hand-side audience and asked, "Anybody,questions???". Everybody were sitting like, "Anybody was screaming here???!!". After getting are-you-talking-to-me kind of response from the left side group, he turned his attention to the right hand-side audience. This time, he did not want to face the same reaction. So, he pointed out some person and asked, "Ask me a question. You must be having lots of questions. ". That guy, who was pointed out, started talking to his neighbor, though he had not talked to him earlier. I was wondering what is that I am doing every year? What is the difference I have made and I have had? Have I ever made resolutions? Have I ever followed them ? Aiyaa.. Leave it.. There are always unheard, untold stories which never can be shared, told because of shy, because of fear, because we do not wanna hurt others! I always wanted to do daring things in ma life! Adventurous! Total fun leaving stuffs! As I started watching many english movies, the wish to do crazy stuffs has gone way too much ;) Yesterday was a chance that I used partially. Whoa.. It was team outing from our office! It was half day's plan to start by 2 to the resort where all the events were arranged.  But who will work when its the fun day already. It was a day before aayuda pooja,i was called by faculty advisor. With a confusion and fear,why i am called,i knocked the door of my faculty. 'Excuse me maam',its me. 'Come in',mam responded. I was standing still as if expecting mam to tell why i was called. She herself started. 'Are you the one goin to draw kolam for tomorrow's pooja?',she asked. Good god! This is the plot. Cool. 'Hmmm. . Ye. . Yes maam', i struggled. She ordered, ' you have to draw kolam in front. Get amount from OA for al things u need! I want things to be right perfect before 1.30 ma! Got it?'.
